MyClip X establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing) MyClip X does not collect, use, or process any personal information (such as names, phone numbers, or emails) from users. The purpose of this policy is to clearly disclose that no personal information is collected.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed) ① MyClip X does not collect any personal information. ② "Bookmark data" (links, text, images, etc.) created by the user within the app is not personal information collected by the developer. This data is stored only on the user's device and the user's personal iCloud container for synchronization purposes.

Article 3 (Status of Personal Information Files) ① MyClip X does not operate any server to store personal information. ② The developer has no access to the user's data stored in iCloud.

Article 4 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information) ① Since MyClip X does not collect any personal information, there is no retention period managed by the developer.

Article 5 (Matters Concerning the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) ① MyClip X does not provide any personal information to third parties.

Article 6 (Personal Information Processing Outsourcing) ① MyClip X does not outsource personal information processing.

Article 7 (Matters Concerning the Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects) ① Users have full control over their data. Users can permanently delete their data by deleting the content within the app or by deleting the application itself.

Article 8 (Destruction of Personal Information) ① Since MyClip X does not store personal information, there is no data for the developer to destroy. Data is automatically removed from the device when the user deletes the app.

MyClip X는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

제1조(개인정보의 처리목적) MyClip X는 이용자의 개인정보(이름, 연락처, 이메일 등)를 수집, 이용, 처리하지 않습니다. 본 방침은 개인정보를 수집하지 않음을 명확히 알리는 데 그 목적이 있습니다.

제2조(처리하는 개인정보의 항목) ① MyClip X는 개인정보 항목을 전혀 수집하지 않습니다. ② 이용자가 앱 내에서 생성한 "북마크 데이터"(링크, 텍스트, 이미지 등)는 개발자가 수집하는 개인정보가 아니며, 기기 간 동기화를 위해 이용자의 단말기와 이용자 개인의 iCloud 저장소에만 저장됩니다.

제3조(개인정보 파일의 현황) ① MyClip X는 개인정보를 저장하기 위한 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. ② 개발자는 이용자의 iCloud에 저장된 데이터에 접근할 권한이 없으며 확인할 수도 없습니다.

제4조(개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간) ① MyClip X는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 개발자가 관여하는 보유 기간이 존재하지 않습니다.

제5조(개인정보의 제3자 제공에 관한 사항) ① MyClip X는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
